Wecome to PON-Tm

Thermostability of proteins refers to the ability of proteins to maintain their three-dimensional structures at high temperatures. PON-Tm is a predictor of the effect of missense mutations on the thermostability of proteins. The method is entirely sequence-based, thus allowing the use of the protein sequence as input rather than the protein structure. The method does not restrict protein types, thus enabling the input of all proteins for which a primary structure can be determined, including antibody proteins and membrane proteins.
